Chuck began his career in the Financial Services industry in 1994 with Merrill Lynch in Newark, New Jersey and worked as a Senior Financial Advisor for 11 years. He joined UBS in 2005, to pursue a management career and started as a Management Training Advisor in Lincoln Harbor training new FAs while participating in the firm's Leadership Management Development Program. In 2007, he became the UBS Branch Manager in Boise, Idaho. In September 2009, he became Complex Director for the Mountain Complex and in 2014, the Mountain Complex and Nevada/Utah Complex were merged with Chuck heading the new larger territory.  In July of 2016, UBS reorganized its operating model and Chuck was appointed Market Head of the Desert Market, headquartered in Las Vegas and also overseeing Arizona and New Mexico.  Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania.  He lives in Las Vegas with his wife Fanny and three boys Luke, Markus and Quentin.

Jordan began his career with UBS Financial Services in July, 2012 as a member of the National Sales Team as an analyst for the Business Acquisition and Integration Department in Weehawken, NJ.  In early 2014, Jordan was promoted to the role of Regional Business Strategist for the Northwest Region headquartered out of San Francisco. In mid-2015 Jordan moved to Las Vegas to join the UBS Mountain Complex as the Assistant Complex Director covering nine branches in Nevada, Utah, Idaho and Montana. Upon the July 2016 UBS reorganization of its operating model, Jordan was appointed Assistant Market Head of the Desert Market which includes Las Vegas, Arizona and New Mexico.  Jordan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance & Marketing and a minor in Communications from Fordham University where he was a Varsity Baseball player and team captain in 2012.  Jordan originally hails from Palm Beach County, Florida.

Janet is currently the Market Administrative Officer for the Desert Mountain Market for UBS. She recently relocated from Seattle, where she  managed for UBS in the Puget Sound area for 19 years.

Prior to her current role, Janet was the Market Administrative Officer for the Seattle/Oregon Market area (6/2016 - 8/2019), the Seattle Complex Administrative Manager (2011–2016) and also served as the Administrative Manager for Seattle and Bellevue offices (2000-2011). Janet began her career in the financial services industry in 1991 at Paine Webber, New York and also worked at Kemper Securities (1992-1993) and Sutro & Co (1993-1999), both in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Janet is passionate about animal protection and rights and has served as a volunteer for Pasados Safe Haven in Sultan, WA.

Janet received her BA in Communications from Queens College of the City University of New York in 1991. She and her husband, Patrick, live in Scottsdale with their two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and enjoy international traveling.

Carla has worked in the Financial Services industry for 16 years.  Her career started as a Client Service Associate with UBS in Birmingham, MI in 2003 and she has since held numerous management positions within UBS. Carla graduated from Walsh College with a Bachelor in Finance.  She moved from Detroit, Michigan to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2007.  Carla enjoys yoga, camping and traveling (specifically to her hometown in Camporovere, Italy.)

Jeff is currently the Supervisory Officer for the Desert Mountain Market for UBS.  He relocated to Las Vegas from Connecticut in 2018 & rejoined UBS in late 2019.

Prior to his current role, Jeff spent his entire financial services career in Fairfield County, Connecticut.  He started in financial services in 1997 at Prudential Securities (1997-2002).  He also worked at Wachovia Securities (2002-2005), Smith Barney/Morgan Stanley (2005-2012) & then UBS (2012-2018)

Jeff received his BS in Finance from the University of Maryland in 1997.  He obtained his CFP®  certification in 2010.  He currently lives in Las Vegas with his wife and 2 children.

I began my career at PaineWebber in 1988 as an Operations Manager
in the Bond Redemption and Reorg Depts. In 1993, I then joined a
program that was called PC Topps. It was created to help train and
support the field on the first PC based technology platform used by
FAs to conduct their business.

In the 30+ years I have been with this firm, I have acquired the
technical knowledge to support our digital platforms while building
key relationships across the firm. This has allowed me to gain the
experience and insight needed to help support branch management
and FA teams drive NNM & revenue, grow their businesses, and

Christine has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years. Christine started her career with PaineWebber as a CSA in Wellesley, MA after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  For the past 23 years she has been in various management positions for the UBS Scottsdale office and currently is the Administrative Manager for our Scottsdale, Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Tucson offices. Christine lives in Scottsdale with her husband Shaw and son Connor. They enjoy traveling, cooking, and attending Connor's baseball games.

 Prior to UBS, Janet worked as the Director of Operations for Crewe Advisors, a Salt Lake based investment advisory firm. In addition, she has previous experience working in Operations, Risk, and Compliance roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Fidelity. 

 Janet earned her B.A. degree in History at Brigham Young University, her M.A. in History at the University of Texas at Arlington, and her M.B.A. at Westminster College.  She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Off-Broadway Theatre Company in Salt Lake City.  Janet lives in Salt Lake City with her husband, Blake, and dog, Moose.

Susan joined UBS in 2017 after an 18-year tenure with Arrow Electronics, Inc., a Global Fortune 150 Electronics Company where she was most recently the Business Operations Manager for North America, and also held several other key roles in Business Operations, support and executive administration over the years at Arrow.  Having moved to Las Vegas from Southern California in Aug 2016, Susan has three grown children that still live throughout California. Susan is originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
