Mr. Dodd is a Senior Institutional Consultant with UBS Institutional Consulting (formerly known as the PRIME Asset Consulting Group). He has been with the firm since 1977. Mr. Dodd is currently and has been a member of the Institutional Consulting Advisory Council since its inception. Mr. Dodd was voted as one of the Top 1000 Advisors 2009, 2010 and 2011 by Barron's. Mr. Dodd is a NASD Arbitrator and has been utilized as an expert witness for Security Litigation cases. Mr. Dodd received a B.A. in 1974 and an M.B.A. in 1977 from Emory University and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst.

Austin joined UBS in 2009, and focuses on all aspects of Institutional Consulting including asset allocation, performance reporting, Investment Policy assistance, pension de-risking analysis and implementation, and investment manager search. These activities apply to defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, foundations, endowments, as well as other pools of assets.

Austin is an active alumnus and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Elon University. He has been awarded the Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM designation, representing knowledge of plan design, fiduciary liabilities, investment prudence, administration provider evaluation, and plan cost analysis. Additionally, he has been awarded the Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM designation. This designation represents knowledge of asset management, allocation and selection; investment performance and strategies; and taxation issues pertaining to investments for a broad range of investors, including small businesses and deferred compensation plans. Austin is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA). He has received the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst.

Natalia has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined the Dodd Consulting Team as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate in 2016. Prior to UBS Natalia worked at Wachovia Securities and E*TRADE Financial. She is a graduate of the Appalachian State University in North Carolina where she earned her MBA degree.

Ryan graduated from the University of Georgia in 2013 with a degree in Finance from the Terry College of Business. He joined UBS in 2017 and holds his Series 7 license. Prior to joining UBS, Ryan worked for an institutional consulting firm primarily focused on defined contribution investing strategy. As a member of the Dodd Consulting Team, Ryan focuses on investment research and reporting.

Outside of work, Ryan is an active UGA alumni, enjoys traveling, and spending time with his wife, family and friends.
