Andrew graduated top of his class from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Business Information Systems and Logistics. Prior to UBS, Andrew worked at Lehman Brother's bond trading department. His desire for increased autonomy and fulfillment from helping others led him to pursue financial advisory services. Since joining UBS, he's operated as an entrepreneur; building his business from the ground up, one client at a time, until his ascendance to creating a full-service team of his own. Implementing and executing a client-centric business model has led to client referrals and accolades, including admission to UBS's Top 35 Under 35 and the firm's Presidents' Council.

Andrew serves on advisory boards for the University of Maryland Alumni NY Chapter, Made in Brooklyn, and Sunrise Day Camps under the UJA Federation. He is a sponsor of Entrepreneurship Organization and is on the leadership committee of the largest Business Network International chapter in the US. Philanthropically, Andrew is involved with Little Essentials, benefitting Brooklyn's underprivileged families and Beyond the Boroughs, a national scholarship foundation.

Ariana joined the Kahner Smith Group in 2013, bringing 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to UBS, she worked as a Registered Client Service Associate at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Ariana provides world-class and tailored service to our clients. She is a key person in managing our clients' administrative and banking needs as well as account maintenance.

Ariana is registered and currently holds series 7, 31, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses.  She speaks Portuguese and Spanish.

Ariana enjoys traveling, nature, and learning about different cultures. 

She resides in Watchung, NJ with her husband, George, sons, David, John, Matthew, and English Labrador, Jack.
