Glenn is a UBS First Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. Originally an investor in his own right, Glenn has been working with clients and offering investment advice since he joined EF Hutton's Glens Falls office in 1985. In 1990 he led the group that established the PaineWebber (now UBS) office in Glens Falls and served as its Producing Branch Manager from 1990 to 2002.

Glenn serves as the primary portfolio manager for the Pearsall Wealth Management Team and has managed discretionary large cap growth portfolios since he successfully completed a Certified Investment Management Analyst program at the Wharton School of Business in 1994.

Glenn has also authored two Adirondack history books and in 2000 established and funded, with his wife, Carol a private foundation dedicated to improving the lives of the year round residents of the Adirondack Park.

He and his wife live near the base of Crane Mountain in Johnsburg.

Adam graduated from Colby College in 1998 with a B.A. degree in geology. He holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses as well as life, health, and long-term care insurance licenses. In June of 2008 he earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional designation and in 2013 was named a UBS Portfolio Manager. He, his wife Sara, daughter Mckenna, and son Noah live in Queensbury. Adam is on the Board of Trustees for the Silver Bay YMCA and is also actively involved in the Glenn and Carol Pearsall Adirondack Foundation, Warren County Amateur Radio Club, Warren County Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Services (RACES), Lower Adirondack Search and Rescue (LASAR) and also operates CBoats.net, the worlds largest online community of whitewater canoe enthusiasts.

As the team’s Senior Wealth Strategy Associate, Melissa is responsible financial planning, but is also adept at handling market orders from clients and rebalancing client portfolios as per client authorizations. She joined the Pearsall Wealth Management in 2004 and holds all the necessary securities and insurance licenses. Melissa attended Siena College where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in finance. While at Siena, Melissa held several internships including one with the UBS, Albany, NY, office. Melissa resides in Queensbury with her husband Frank, daughter London and their beagle Bella.

Tara has recently joined the team in November 2020 as a Client Service Associate.  She graduated from Penn State Behrend in 1999 with a B.S. in psychology. She resides in Queensbury with her husband Steve and their children Caleb, Abigail, and Steven.  Tara and her family enjoy many activities the north country has to offer, including hiking, boating, camping, and skiing.  She looks forward to getting to know clients and build relationships here at Pearsall Wealth Management.
