Jennifer specializes in structured settlements, trust solutions and distribution planning for personal injury clients. She has written several papers and frequently speaks at national and state bar conferences on settlement solutions and attorneys' ethical responsibilities in protecting their clients’ financial recoveries. Jennifer is a former practicing attorney with Skadden Arps and a member of the New York Bar. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.S. from Penn State. In 2007, Jennifer was recognized in Barron’s "Top 100 Woman Financial Advisors in America." In 2017 and 2018, Jennifer was recognized by Working Mother Magazine's "Top Wealth Advisor Moms" and by Forbes "Top Advisors State by State".

Chris specializes in settlement solutions, asset allocation, and distribution planning for settlement recipients. Over the last decade, Chris has worked with some of the most preeminent law firms on cases involving 9/11, American Airlines 587, Ford/ Firestone rollovers, GM gas tank explosions, Fen-phen, medical malpractice, birth trauma and product liability. Chris has authored and presented several papers on attorneys’ responsibilities in assisting clients with their financial recoveries. He received his B.A. from Colorado State University.

Maria specializes in creating and designing structured settlements to meet a settlement recipient’s current and future needs. Maria has over 20 years of experience and began her career in the Structured Settlement division of Met Life, before moving on to become a Structured Settlement Administrator first at Ringler Associates and then at The Pension Company. Maria holds life and health insurance licenses and the Series 7 and 66 licenses from FINRA. She has also earned her Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation which is administered by the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA).
