Richard has resided in the desert for over 55 years and started his financial career in 1968. Currently, he has over $225 million in assets under management. Richard earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Univ. of Calif. Berkeley. As a dedicated community member, he was elected to the City Council of Rancho Mirage in 2000 and has served three terms as Mayor. Community involvement include past Pres., Board of Directors Cove Communities - Joslyn Sr. Center and Family YMCA of the Desert. Pres., League of Calilf. Cities and Chairman, Coachella Valley Assn. of Govts.

Lita began her career in the financial industry in 1988. After a brief hiatus from the business to pursue her interior design interests, she returned to the industry in 1992 when she was hired by PaineWebber in Palm Desert. In 1996 she began to work with Richard Kite in the sales and marketing area. Lita is still currently working with Richard as a Client Service Associate at UBS after some 15 years of service. Lita lives in La Quinta, CA and enjoys her dogs, interior design, gardening and hiking.

Stacy joined UBS in 2007 beginning her career in the financial industry.  She has served as the Branch Office Administrator for the past 7 years and has recently joined the Kite team as a Registered Client Service Associate.  She is currently licensed with a Series 7 and 66.  Stacy is a native desert resident currently living in Cathedral City.  Stacy is married with three children and enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
