Andy began his career with Dean Witter in 1997 which then became Morgan Stanley. Joining UBS in 2008, he is a member of the Pinnacle Council, which represents less than the top 1% of advisors at the firm. Prior to that Andy was on the prestigous UBS Chairman's Council for 5 years. While at Morgan Stanley he was also on their Chairman's Council as well as the only member from the Southern Region to be on the FA Advisory Council which met with their Chairman and CEO quarterly. He is a Retirement Planning Specialist and is one of a select group of UBS Advisors with the Senior Portfolio Manager designation (PMP). Andy was named to Atlanta Magazine, "Best Personal Wealth Managers" for 2008-2009 & 2011-2013, by Atlanta Business Chronicle as a NABCAP Premier Advisor 2009-2013. He has been included on the Forbes Best in State Advisor list from 2017-2019 and in Barrons list of Top 1200 Advisors in the United States for 2019.
Born and raised in Atlanta Georgia, he attended Riverside Military Academy for his four years of high school, graduating as the second highest ranking cadet. In October of 2014, he was inducted into their Athletic Hall of Fame for Wrestling making him only the 19th inductee in over 100 years. He attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing while wrestling on their competitive Division 1 wrestling team. Andy enjoys serving our community by working with several foundations in Atlanta and sits on the Board of Visitors at Riverside. His hobbies include weight-lifting, the Atlanta Faclons, and recently started classical piano. Andy resides in Atlanta with his wife Rebecca and children, Rachel and Ethan.
