1. Discovery meeting
  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Explore your most important personal values
  • Identify current circumstances personally and financially
  • Discover near- and long-term personal and financial goals
  • Identify financial “blind spots"
 
2. Strategic plan meeting
  • 1 – 3 weeks following Discovery meeting
  • Duration: 60-90 minutes
  • Review customized strategies and tactics designed for you
  • Review financial “blind spots” identified in Discovery meeting
  • Review your integrated plan to meld financial and personal priorities and values
 
3. Mutual commitment meeting
  • 1 – 2 weeks following Strategic plan meeting
  • Duration: 45 – 60 minutes
  • Confirmation of commitment to work together going forward
  • Define terms of relationship
  • Discuss expectations for you and The Hilton Group; responsibilities of each
  • Determine ideal frequency of recurring periodic phone calls to keep in touch
 
4. 45-day follow-up meeting
  • 45 days following Mutual Commitment Meeting
  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Review strategies being implemented and answer related questions
  • Review mail received, initial statements, etc.
  • Provide Online Account Access tutorial, if desired
  • Discuss “blind spots“ and Advanced Planning issues to be addressed over time
 
5. Regular progress meeting
  • Quarterly, semi annually or annually, dependent on client preference
  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Review and update the Total Client Profile, created during Discovery meeting
  • Continue to monitor and track progress toward personal and financial goals
  • Monitor progress toward solving “blind spots“ and Advanced Planning challenges
  • Identify changes that need to be addressed due to life‘s evolution
