Lovella McKim is a dedicated Wealth Strategy Associate with over 20 years of industry experience and counting. Lovella’s many talents are grounded in her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reassuring disposition. She is highly skilled at handling client issues with both empathy and efficiency. Her experience has also led her to be particularly proficient in onboarding new clients and further deepening relationships with existing ones. Her typical workday also includes managing administrative and operational activities, handling day-to-day workflow, and addressing client administrative requests.

A graduate of Morehead State University with a B.A. degree in business administration, Lovella began her career in the financial services industry in 2001. Since then, she has worked for J.P. Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and now, UBS—where she joined the Schultz Group in the spring of 2020. Lovella currently holds her Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 FINRA registrations and life and health licenses.

Lovella currently lives in Litchfield Park with her husband Paul and their two active sons Isaac and Adam. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and hiking in Arizona. Before moving to Arizona, she spent countless weekends in their family cabin in Kentucky near the Daniel Boone National Forest.
